岗位情境教学法在物流教学中的应用--以《仓储作业实务》为例

         

摘要

secondary vocational education is employment-oriented,aiming to cultivate skilled tal-ents equipped with strong actual practical capabilities which can be applied in positions at logistic enter-prises.Thus,it is of urgent need for teachers to create learning situations similar to positions at logistic enterprises so as to enhance students’abilities to adapt to positions and make immediate responses in practical work scenarios.Secondary vocational schools have to change the traditional logistic teaching methods during logistic teaching reform.The paper discusses application of position situational teaching methods in logistic practical training courses.It is expected to serve as a reference for teaching methods reform on logistic practical training courses at secondary vocational schools.%中职教育是以就业为导向,重在培养具有较强物流企业岗位实际操作能力的技能型人才。因此,在教学中注重创设与物流企业岗位情境相近的学习情境,改变传统的物流教学方式,提升学生的岗位实践能力和实际工作中的应变能力成为目前中职物流教学改革的当务之急。本文通过探讨岗位情境教学法在物流实训类课程的运用,以期望对中职物流实训类课程教学方法的改革有借鉴。
