Different wines have different brewing technologies .With the application of modern technology in traditional industry ,the efficiency and quality of wine production have been greatly im‐proved ,which is helpful to the sound development of wine industry .%葡萄酒的酿造工艺依据葡萄酒的品种不同而有差异，现代工艺应用于传统产业极大提高了葡萄酒生产的效率和品质，有利于葡萄酒产业的良性发展。
