以二语词汇联想实验为主要研究手段,以某高校英语专业基础阶段的两个年级学生为研究对象,探寻了中国英语学习者的二语心理词汇在不同阶段存在的异同,从而发现其发展变化特点,即:呈现出逐渐优化的趋势,反映出随着二语词汇习得量与质的提升,心理词汇意义联系逐渐加强;这也同时促进二语词汇的习得,互为作用与反作用,打破词汇僵化。%The word association test is taken as the main experimental method, with the English majors as the subjects. The research aims to explore the development of the second language (L2) mental lexicon and analyze the features and principles. It is found that it is optimized from Grade one to Grade two. The semantic relationship among the second language mental lexicon is emphasized as the lexicon acquisition of the second language is improved. The state of mental lexicon and the acquisition of the second language lexicon can facilitate each other, so as to avoid the fossilization.
