新一轮国企改革与职工权益保障问题发微--《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》研习心得

摘要

For a long time employees in the state-owned enterprises often feel that they are the objects in the state owned enterprises ’ reform.Nowadays the standing commission of CCP resolution on some key problems during the deepening of comprehensive reforms has been published and a new round of state -owned enterpri-ses’ reform is going to start.Employees as a part of the owner ---the whole people-in the state-owned en-terprises will play an important role in the new reform .%长期以来，职工在国有企业改革中往往感受到的是，自己总成改革的对象。如今，党的十八届三中全会作出《关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》，新一轮国有企业改革又将开启，职工的合法权益将在本轮改革中得到很好的保障，职工作为国有企业所有权者“全民”之一部分，亦将在改革中发挥出更大的作用。
