对我市工会系统信访工作情况的分析与思考

摘要

In recent years we have constructed an ordered powerful and effective system for letter -receiv-ing and visiting work .We have some experiences for letter -receiving and visiting work with Tianjin character . The main experience and system are that we should institutionalize , professionalize and standardize the letter -receiving and visitin work .The system of reception and innovating work are strengthened .The work of letter-receiving and visiting work are perfected in the city , county , and street .But the problems are that the carrier of work is not perfect .The warning system is not effective enough .The measure of dealing is not abundant .The professional are so few .In the future we should improve the cadres ’ ability in the trade union further and build cyber system and seize the right to discover and solve the issues and so on .%近年来，我市基本建起了有序、有力、有效的工会信访工作机制，并形成一些具有天津工会特色的信访工作经验。其主要机制与经验为：工会信访工作的法制化、专业化、规范化建设得到显著加强；工会领导接访制度与创新工作机制得到着力坚持；市、区县（集团公司）、乡镇街道（大型企业）三级工会信访网络得到完善。存在的问题是：工作载体尚欠健全；预警机制有欠灵敏；处置手段不够丰富；专门人才较为缺少。今后应在提高工会干部处理职工来信来访能力、推进工会信访工作组织网络化建设、牢牢把握发现和化解各类矛盾的主动权等方面继续做出些努力。
