In addition, the method judges abnormal condition of the actuator 12 based on the first to the third shifting times t1-t3. The first to the third shifting times t1-t3 also correspond to time required to rotation of a spindle 13 because the rotary plate 14 rotates along with the spindle 13 of the actuator 12.
