江苏省基层工会干部职业状况调查报告

摘要

After a survey, the Topic Group has discovered that at present, the Grassroots Trade Union of Jiangsu Province has a structurally scientifi c group with great enthusiasm about work. However, there are still some problems with this group of cadres, including insuffi cient time for work in the grassroots trade union, great work pressure, and narrow channels for gaining information about the trade union, low compensation of cadres and poor professional abilities. In this survey report, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from six perspectives.%通过课题组的调查研究发现，目前江苏基层工会拥有一支结构科学、充满工作热情的干部队伍。但在这支基层工会干部队伍中还存在着，用于工会工作的时间不足、工作压力大、获得工会信息渠道狭窄、干部待遇和专业能力有待提高等问题。本调查报告从六个方面提出了相应的对策与建议。
