从广播电视大学到开放大学的嬗变探微

摘要

It is the realistic choice to build Open University relying on Radio and Television University with China’s national conditions and the characteristics and status of Radio and Television University. It is also major initiatives to deepen the reform and development of Radio and Television University. After clarifying the substantive differences between Open University and Radio and Television University, it proposes teaching construction, academic research and social support as the elements of Open University. As an example of Wuxi Open University, it puts forward the practice of transition path to realize the “Radio and TV University” to the“Open University”.%依托电视大学建设开放大学是符合我国国情和电视大学特色与地位的现实选择，也是新形势下深入推进电大改革发展的重大举措。在厘清开放大学和电大实质性差异的基础上，提出教学建设、学术研究和社会支持作为开放大学必须具备的发展要素。以无锡开放大学建设为例，提出实现“电视大学”向“开放大学”转型的实践路径。
