论高等学校科学合理分类的衡量标准

     

摘要

Classification of institutions is a worldwide difficult issue. Scientific and rational classification of institutions is beneficial to the accurate evaluation of institutions, improving the quality of institutions, and facilitating the sustainable and healthy development of institutions. The key issue of classification of institutions is the clarity of classification criteria. This paper adopts the method of analytical reasoning, puts forward four measures of scientific and rational classification of institutions: whether they are conducive to personal development and meeting the demand of social diversification; whether they are conductive to strengthening the three functions of institutions; whether they are conductive to promoting structure optimization of institutions; whether they are conductive to the rational resource allocation of institutions.%高等学校分类是一个世界性的难题,科学合理的高等学校分类有利于高等学校准确定位,提高高等学校的教育质量,促进高等教育可持续的健康发展,其中分类标准的确定是高等学校分类的关键。用分析推理的方法提出是否有利于促进个人发展和满足社会多样化需求、是否有利于加强高等学校三大职能、是否有利于促进高等学校结构的优化以及是否有利于高等学校资源的合理配置共4条衡量高等学校科学合理分类的标准。
