用XPS测定羊毛表面结构时,纤维聚集越紧密,测试的灵敏度越高。羊毛经Ar+溅射后,表面的C含量有所增加。羊毛表面的S元素主要以S(Ⅱ)和S(Ⅵ)形式存在。离子溅射后羊毛表面S(Ⅵ)/S(Ⅱ)的比例明显减少。%In this paper,it shows that the sensitivity of the test results of the surface structure of wool by XPS method is enhanced when the fibers are closely packed. The content of C in the surface of wool higher after Ar + sputtering treatment, the S content in wool surface is chiefly in two valence states,S(Ⅱ) and S(Ⅵ) ,and the S conlent S(Ⅵ)/S(Ⅱ)ratio in the surface will be much lowered when the wool is treated
