基于习惯领域的企业能力系统管理

         

摘要

All aspects are processed based on the concept of "process", the paper designs the tools and techniques by the basis, the premise and the outcome of the various management behavior. Based on the habitual domains theory and "the process idea" and u-nifying Professor Yves Doz's classification to competence management, this article discusses the enterprise organization competence system management's processes. From the angle of unifying enterprise exterior and interior, this article analyzes five questions of com-petence management, seeks for the origin of enterprise growth and continual competitive advantage, and makes enterprise competence system management be procedural. Analyzing the problems of enterprise competences system management, the paper builds the man-agement process framework which shows that the process is a back-and-forth process and is completed by the interrelated goals or the produced results they complete. Target or outcome of a process becomes the basis of the next process or the final destination, i.e. the six process overlap. The findings haven't only further consummated the enterprise strategy management methods, but also prompts the theo-ry, the practice and the study methods of enterprise competence system management, and has stronger explanation and practical signifi-cance to enterprise's survival development.%  能力系统管理主要是基于“过程”的理念将管理的各个环节过程化,即明确各个管理行为的工作依据、前提以及成果,设计其管理行为的实现方式和方法即工具和技术设计。基于习惯领域理论和“过程”的理念并结合伊夫·多兹(Yves Doz)教授对能力管理的分类,探讨企业能力系统管理的过程。从企业内部和外部相结合的角度,分析企业能力系统管理存在的五个问题,寻找企业成长和持续竞争优势的成因,将企业能力系统管理过程化。通过分析企业能力系统管理存在的问题,构建企业能力系统的管理过程框架图,分析得出企业能力系统的管理过程之间是一种前后衔接的过程,企业能力系统的管理过程之间是以它们所完成的目标或产生的成果相互联系。一个过程的目标或成果成为下一个过程或最终目标的依据,即这六个过程是相互交叠的。本文的研究成果不仅进一步完善了企业战略管理的方法,而且向前推进了企业能力系统管理的理论,对企业的生存和发展更具解释力和现实意义。
