动态能力研究已经由战略管理领域向创新管理领域拓展.文章以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中有关动态能力和创新主题的文献为数据源,基于知识图谱分析法,对创新视角下动态能力研究脉络进行梳理与可视化分析.结果表明,创新视角下动态能力研究主要分为营销动态能力、 创新绩效、 组织学习、 技术创新、 技术追赶、 创新生态系统和顾客价值等10个聚类群;研究热点集中在创新绩效、 竞争优势、 技术创新、 组织学习等领域;研究呈现出由概念、 理论基础研究向动态能力前因、 结果变量等多元化研究的演化路径.在此基础上,构建了包含概念及维度构成和变量间交互关系两部分的创新视角下动态能力研究的理论框架.最后,对动态能力研究未来发展方向进行了展望.%The research of dynamic capabilities has been expanded from the field of strategic management to the field of innovation management. Taking the literatures about the theme of dynamic capabilities and innovation in CNKI database as data sources, and based on knowledge mapping analysis, we make a visual analysis on research context of dynamic capabilities. The results show that dynamic ca-pabilities research from the perspective of innovation consists of ten clusters which are marketing dynamic capabilities , innovation perfor-mance, organizational learning, technological innovation, technological catch-up, innovation ecosystem and customer value. Research hotspots focus on innovation performance, competitive advantage, technological innovation, organizational learning and other fields. Th-ere was an evolution path from research on concepts and theories to research on antecedents and outcomes of dynamic capabilities. In view of this, a theoretical framework of dynamic abilities research from the perspective of innovation which includes concept and dimensions, and interactions between variables is constructed. Finally, the future work is prospected.
