The “three separated relationships”in undergraduate class management is manifested as “u-niversality”versus “individuality”of the obj ects;“rigidity”versus “humanity”of the content;“ad-ministration”versus “convention”of the process.All theses do harm to college students’comprehen-sive quality.There are three causes resulted in the phenomenon.The first is the instrumentalist orien-tation in college education.The second is the administrativization of student-teachers’ relationship;and the third is the benefit-oriented ethos in society.For better promote undergraduate class manage-ment,it is necessary for teachers to enhance moral cultivation and cognition;for college to go back to educational essence and stick to humane spirit;for society to create core value atmosphere and interact with college.%大学生班级管理存在着“三重断裂”:在管理对象上表现为“普适性”与“个体性”断裂;在管理内容上表现为“物本管理”与“人本管理”断裂;在管理方式上表现为“行政化管理”与“人性化管理”断裂,极不利于大学生综合素质的培养。其原因主要在于大学教育的“工具化”价值取向、师生关系的“行政事物化”捆绑以及社会“功利化”风气的侵蚀。为增强大学生班级管理的“育人性”,教师应加强师德修养,注重认识自己;大学应回归育人本质,坚守人文精神;大学与社会应“分合位育”,积极培育社会主义核心价值观。
