日本实践取向教师培养的经验及启示——基于日本《教职实践演习方案》的分析

         

摘要

2013年,日本通过《教职实践演习方案》,在大学教师教育课程中全面实施"教职实践演习"课程.该课程在课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价等方面都突出实践取向,强调情境化教学,注重培养教师反思能力,体现了日本教师教育加强未来教师实践能力培养的发展方向.%In the wake of international teacher education reform, a new round of teacher education reform was roundly launched in Japan.The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology released a deliberation report in 2006, proposing that "Practical Seminar for Teaching Profession" Course should be officially and roundly carried out in colleges and universities, which have already put teacher education courses into effect since 2013.The course emphasized practice, situational teaching, and training teachers' reflective ability in terms of course objective, course content, course implementation, and course evaluation.The experience provides some inspirations for the reform of teachers' pre-service course in China.
