近十年来我国高校辅导员职业化建设述评

摘要

In recent years, with the popularization of the higher education, the college counselors’ demand largely increased. But the counselors’ overall quality is not high, which raises many scholars’ concern and discussion for the college counselors’ professional construction. And a large number of researches results emerge. These researches are systematically sorted out and analyzed from the perspectives of the connotation of college counselors’ professionalism, the present situation and reasons of the college counselors’ professional construction, and the methods of enhancing the college counselors’ professional construction. The existing problems are put forward in order to seek the theory to support and make the breakthrough for the construction of the college counselor team, which will provide references for improving the college counselors’ overall level and comprehensive quality.%　　近年来，随着高等教育大众化，高校辅导员队伍剧增但整体素质不高，这引起了诸多学者对于高校辅导员职业化建设的关注和探讨，涌现了一大批研究成果，这些研究成果通过对高校辅导员职业化的内涵、高校辅导员职业化建设的现状及原因和加强高校辅导员职业化建设的途径等几方面进行了系统的梳理和分析，指出了高校辅导员职业化建设研究存在的问题，并寻求理论支撑和队伍建设的的突破点，以期为提升高校辅导员队伍的整体水平和综合素质提供参考。
