唐山市农村剩余劳动力就地转化的内部空间

摘要

In order to realize the rural surplus labor force in Tangshan City in situ conversion, some measures were presented. It includes combination with agriculture and rural actual, sufficient mining and the development of agriculture and rural interior space, the promotion of agricultural dimensions changing, industrialization, adjustment of agricultural product structure and rural industry structure, stimulation of rural employment structure integration and optimization, strengthening of agriculture and rural infrastructure construction, improving of farmer production, and residential environment.%　　紧密结合农业和农村实际，充分挖掘和拓展农业与农村内部空间，通过推进农业规模化、产业化经营，积极调整农业产品结构和农村产业结构，促进农村劳动力就业结构的整合与优化，大力加强农业和农村基础设施建设，改善农民生产、居住和生活环境，从而实现唐山市农村剩余劳动力的就地转化。
