基于拔尖人才培养的高职英语教学改革——以泰职院基础部大学英语教学改革为例

高职院校英语教学改革必须紧紧围绕高职教育的人才培养来进行,人才培养是高校各项工作的出发点和落脚点。文章从六个方面结合教学改革来谈拔尖人才建设。培养优秀拔尖人才,任重而道远;教学改革也必须不断地探索、实践和总结。%Reform of the public basic English education should focus on cultivating talented people.How to cultivate them is the starting point and destination of all work in Vocational Colleges.This passage explores to raise innovative excellent talents from six aspects,and it is a long-term undertaking.The teaching reform requires exploration,practice and summary continuously by supervisors.
