In this paper,we consider existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for fractional differential equations with integral boundary and parameter.By applying a fixed point theorem of mixed monotone operator,we not only obtain a unique positive solution and construct two iterative sequences to approximate the solution,but also prove some useful properties of positive solution with respect to λ.At last,an example is given for illustrating our main results.%通过研究一类带积分边界和参数的分数阶微分方程解的存在唯一性.利用混合单调算子的不动点定理,不仅得到了方程正解的存在唯一性,而且构建了两个迭代序列去逼近此唯一解,同时,获得了唯一解关于参数λ相应的性质.最后,给出了一个例子作为主要结论的应用.
