体操普修课中运用“图卡式”教学法的实验研究

     

摘要

With the questionnaires survey method , mathematical statistics , and teaching experiments , the author of this paper made a full -scale survey on the "figure card"teaching method in gymnastics traditional teaching in sports colleges .The results showed that the "figure card"teaching method can not only promote the formation of the student movement appearance , shorten the movement period of mastering movement tech-nology , but also cultivate students'sense of space and time , overcome the gymnastics of difficulties in the learning process , cultivate the students'comprehensive practical ability , improve their learning initiative and creativity .It is also valuable to normative requirements , clear structure , complicated gymnastics movements .%本文运用问卷调查法、数理统计以及教学实验的方法,在体操普修课中对“图卡式”教学法进行了深入细致的研究。结果表明:“图卡式”教学法能促进学生运动表象的形成,缩短掌握动作技术的运动周期;能培养学生的时空感,克服体操学习过程中的畏难情绪;培养学生的综合实践能力,提高其学习的主动性和创造性;对动作规范性要求较强、技术结构清晰、环节复杂的体操项目具有较高的使用价值。
