三级建筑供应链包括业主、总包商和分包商.在分析了三级建筑供应链工期优化的一些基本关系式的基础上,考虑资金时间价值和激励机制,建立了具有奖惩结构的三级建筑供应链工期协调优化模型.模型考虑了业主对总包商的总工期激励,以及总包商对分包商的节点工期激励.最后结合一个算例进行了仿真计算和分析,对比了传统工期优化和供应链工期协调优化的结果.结果表明,对于三级建筑供应链的工期优化,具有奖惩结构的供应链工期协调方法可以使项目工期优化的同时,还能使建筑供应链实现帕累托优化;工期激励政策对三级建筑供应链的工期优化效果是显著的.%The three-echelon construction supply chain studied consists of the owner, the general contractor and the subcontractor. Firstly, the basic relationships among related parameters were analyzed. On this basis,the project duration coordination optimization model with bonus-penalty structure was proposed, which involves the time value of capital and incentive mechanism. The proposed model considered that how the owner motivates the general contractor in the total duration and how the general contractor motivates the subcontractor in the node duration. Then, a numerical example was simulated and analyzed, and the results of the traditional time/cost optimization and the supply chain coordination optimization were contrasted. The results show that not only the project duration can be reduced, but also the construction supply chain can realize Pareto optimization by using the method of duration coordination with bonus-penalty structure. Furthermore, it is shown that the duration incentive policy has a significant effect on the project duration optimization of three-echelon construction supply chain.
