健全政府协同机制提升社会治理效能研究*--兼论我国公共住房管理机制改革

摘要

Traditional mode in public housing administration has many problems to deal with but can not find an effi-cient way out.Based on relevant theories of“entirety government"put forward by European and American devel-oped countries,a construction of cooperation mechanism of government is attempted,and some theoretical explora-tions are conducted to perfect the governmental cooperation mechanism.%传统的公共住房管理模式已捉襟见肘，要有效处理错综复杂的公共住房事务迫切需要引入新的机制。基于欧美等发达国家提出“整体政府”的相关理论，尝试构建公共住房体系相关管理部门的协同机制，为健全政府协同机制进行一些理论探索。
