Ce(BH4)3和(Gua)Ce(BH4)2催化ε-己内酯聚合性能

     

摘要

合成两个稀土铈硼氢化物Ce(BH4),和(Gua)Ce(BH4):(Gua-=(Me,Si):NC(NC6H11)2-),研究了它们催化-一己内酯聚合的性能。结果显示,它们都是ε-己内酯开环聚合的有效催化剂,并且所得聚合物的分子量分布在1.40左右。在相同聚合条件下,Ce(BH4),的催化活性比(Gua)Ce(BH4):要高。在0℃条件下,Ce(BH4),催化聚合过程有一定的可控特征。温度对聚合反应有很大的影响,温度越高,Ce(BH4),的催化活性越高,而聚合物分子量越低。%Two cerium borohydride complexes of Ce(BH4)3 and (Gua)Ce(BI-I4)2 (Gua-=(Me3Si)2NC(NC6Hn)2-) have been synthesized with their catalytic activity for the polymerization of ε-caprolactone studied. It is found that both complexes can effectively catalyze the polymerization of ε-caprolactone and that the molecular weight distribution is about 1.40. Under the same polymerization conditions Ce(BH4)3 displays better catalytic activity than (Gua)Ce(BH4)2 does. At 0 ℃ the polymerization catalyzed by Ce(BH4)3 is controllable. The catalytic activity increases while the temperature is raised, but the molecular weight decreases.
