“刚柔相济”的高职学分制管理模式探讨

在学分制管理模式下，教学计划的制定、调整和执行等环节，在实际管理过程中会出现一些矛盾，因此制定“刚柔相济”的学分制教学计划，通过柔性教学计划管理的重要手段，完善高职院校的学分制。加强教学计划的动态管理，可探索出符合学分制要求的教学计划管理模式。%In the management pattern of a credit system, some problems may occur in such processes as designing, changing and implementing teaching plans. So it is necessary to draw up teaching plans on the basis of a credit system with“hard and sof t aids”. The sof t teaching plan management is an important way to improve the credit system in vocational colleges. To strengthen the dynamic management of teaching plans, it is expected to explore a proper management mode of teaching plans, so as to satisf y the needs of credit system.
