《韩非子·初见秦》产生在秦庄襄王时期考

摘要

The formation and the authenticity of Chu Jian Qin has drawn lots of discussions and disputes as it is not only the ifrst essay of Han Fei Zi, but also is included in Stratagems of Warring States. This article analyzes the text and the usage of taboo and some names, as well as the current international situation, and thus makes a basic conclusion that Chu Jian Qin should be written during the reign of King Zhuang Xiang of Qin Dynasty.%《韩非子·初见秦》是《韩非子》中的第一篇，但该文又同时出现在《战国策》中。因此关于这篇文章产生的年代以及归属等问题便产生了争议。根据文中的避讳现象以及所使用的一些名称，并结合当时的国际形势等进行分析，《韩非子·初见秦》应产生在秦庄襄王时期。
