新时期转变高校毕业生就业观念问题研究

摘要

The for the difficulty of proposes the idea of the reasons this article reduce their difficulty of employment. Colleges and universities should guide graduates to change their employment views from such aspects as employment in the low level industry, or employment in their hometowns, or employment according to their gender advantages so as to achieve omnidirectional employment coverage and ease the employment pressure.%作者叙述了目前高校大学生就业现状,分析了大学生就业难的原因。从高校管理者的角度提出转变大学生就业观念是缓解大学生就业难的重要措施。高校可从低端行业就业、生源地就业、性别就业等方面引导毕业生转变就业观念,实现就业全方位覆盖,缓解就业压力。
