我国西部民族地区九年制义务教育办学模式单一,以升学预备教育为其主要模式,学校教育不能满足民族地区社会经济发展的需要,缺乏地方适应性。为此,应改革中小学单一的办学模式,实现办学模式的多样化,在此基础上确立渗透型办学主模式的地位,并逐步向综合型过渡,以提高其办学质量。%In the areas of national minority of western China, the models for running schools are unitary, the education of entering a high school is the main model that can't satisfy the economical need there.
