航空发动机叶尖间隙影像测量技术研究

         

摘要

The rapid and high precision measurement of tip clearance while aircraft engine assembling , has a great influence on the technical parameters and work efficiency of the late overall test .Aiming at such requirement , based on target calibration principle , image super-resolution reconstruction technique , Im-age denoising and edge detection algorithm , through the precision traxial displacement mechanism , indus-trial camera , open source computer vision library and so on , a set of image measurement system was de-signed for tip clearance , achieve the following functions that the non -contact , high precision and fast measurement of tip clearcance .Experiment result shows that the system which accuracy reachs to 0.015 mm is with high reliability and strong stability .%航空发动机装配过程中叶尖间隙的快速、高精度测量,对后期整机试验的技术参数和工作效率有很大的影响。针对这一测量需求,利用标靶标定原理、图像超分辨率重构技术、图像去噪和边缘检测算法,通过三轴精密位移机构、工业摄像机、计算机视觉库等工具,设计了一套叶尖间隙影像测量系统,实现叶尖间隙的非接触、高精度、快速测量。实验结果表明该测量系统可靠性好、稳定性强,测量精度达到0.015 mm。
