优质护理服务示范活动在老年病房中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨优质护理服务在老年病房中的应用方法及效果。方法在老年病房中开展“优质护理服务示范工程”活动；实施责任制整体护理；建立全新的排班模式；公示并落实服务项目；实行护士分层管理，体现能级对应；建立健全绩效考核制度。结果病房管理有序，规范了护理执业行为，护患关系和谐，提高了患者满意度。结论开展“优质护理服务示范工程”活动，确保了医疗护理服务质量和安全，达到了患者满意、社会满意、政府满意的服务目标。%Objective To investigate the method and effect of the application of high quality nursing care in geriatric ward.Methods In the geriatrics“high quality nursing service demonstration project”activities;Implementation of overall nursing respon-sibility system;Establish a new scheduling model;The public and to carry out the services;The nurse layered management , reflect corresponding level;To establish and perfect the system of performance appraisal.Results Ward management and orderly , stand-ardize the nursing practice , harmonious relationship between nurses and patients , improve patient satisfaction.Conclusion The activities of high quality nursing service demonstration project ensure the quality and safety , and health care services to patients sat-isfaction, social satisfaction , satisfaction of government service goals.
