曲美他嗪对PCI术后冠心病患者心脏舒张功能的影响

摘要

Objectives To evaluate the effect of trimetazidine on left ventricular diastolic function in the patients been carred out percutaneous Coronary intervention( PCI) with coronary heart disease by using tissue doppler imaging ( TDI) technology.Methods 73 cases of patients with coronaryheart disease accompanied by ventricular diastolic dysfunction were carred out PCI.Thesepa-tients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n=45) and control group(n=39).Control group with two grade prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease, treatment group on the basis of control group treatment combined trimetazidine 20mg,3 times per day.All patients were observed for 12 weeks.Results After treatment,the left ventricular diastolic function indi-cator (E/A ratio) and left ventricular systolic function indicator (LVEF) of two groups significantly increased (P<0.05),In com-parison,there was significant differece in terms of the left ventricular diastolic function indicator (E/A ratio) and left ventricular sys-tolic function indicator ( LVEF) between the two groups ( P<0.05) .Conclusions trimetazidine can improve left ventricular dias-tolic function and left ventricular systolic function in patients been carred out PCI with coronary heart disease.%目的：探讨曲美他嗪对冠脉介入术（PCI）后的冠心病患者心脏舒张功能的影响。方法“IL－33和eNOS基因标签SNPs与冠心病发生的关联研究”中行PCI术治疗、左室收缩功能正常而左室舒张功能异常的73例冠心病患者，45例患者在冠心病二级预防药物治疗加用曲美他嗪片治疗为治疗组，39例仅进行冠心病二级预防药物治疗为对照组，两组均在治疗前、治疗12周采用多普勒超声心动图检测左室收缩功能指标射血分数（ LVEF），左室舒张功能指标E波峰值速度（ E）、A波峰值速度（ A）、E峰与A峰速度比值（ E／A），采用SPSS 13．0统计软件对两组患者检测指标进行统计学分析比较，对两组患者治疗前后上述指标变化进行t检验。结果两组治疗后左室收缩功能指标及舒张功能指标较治疗前相比较均有改善，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；治疗后治疗组左室收缩功能指标及舒张功能指标较对照组改善明显，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论曲美他嗪能对冠脉介入术（ PCI）后的冠心病患者左室舒张功能有改善作用。
