Su Shaobing's series of "Inscriptions on Sleepwalking Chibi Picture", a collection of "Xie Yu Cong Tan" printed in the Shenbao Press, covers the inscriptions of 32 authors. Most of the inscribers were the bottom literati who lived in Shanghai in the late Qing Dynasty. They got to know each other through private friendship network, literary communication network, association and gathering network centering on Shenbao, and constantly promoted into a broader range of contacts. "Inscriptions on Sleepwalking Chibi Picture" is the product of such contacts. These inscriptions are mostly social works, and the overall artistic level is not high. From one aspect, these works show the literati's persistence in the imperial examination, the feeling of drifting in Shanghai and the sad mood of being unrecognized. And the study of these works can help to understand the living and literary activities of Shanghai scholars in the late Qing Dynasty, and provide abundant information and research perspectives for the study of the late Qing Dynasty and literature in Shanghai. This study also has a methodological reference for study of poems inscribed on paintings.%苏绍柄辑《梦游赤壁图题词》一卷,收入申报馆刊印的《屑玉丛谭》二集,涵盖了32位作者的题咏.题词者大多为晚清流寓上海的底层文人,他们通过私谊网络、以《申报》为核心的文学交流网络、结社和集会网络结识,并不断推衍成更大范围的交往,《梦游赤壁图题词》正是这种交往的产物.这些题咏多为应酬之作,总体上艺术水平不高,从一个侧面表现了寓沪文人对科举的执著、流寓沪上的身世飘零之感和士不遇的悲凉心境,可借以管窥晚清沪上文人的生存和文学活动状态,并为晚清史和沪上文学的研究提供丰富的细节和研究视角,对题画诗文的研究也具有方法论借鉴意义.
