甘蔗种质资源抗宿根矮化病特性鉴定

         

摘要

[Objective]This research screened out sugarcane ratoon stunting disease (RSD) germplasm resources in order to breed better sugarcane varieties with excellent RSD resistance trait. [Method]By infusing 100 sugarcane varieties from 6 series using the sugarcane seedling-soaking method, the varieties were tested with the established PSD-PCR detection method, the RSD incidence rate in the sugarcane varieties were calculated, and the sugarcane germplasm resources underwent resistance evaluation. [Result]Within the 100 tested sugarcane varieties, the RSD incidence rates of GT02/351, CP89/2134, ROC26, Yue 94/28, Funong 89/209, and Ya 96/45 were 0% and were rated with grade A resistance; the RSD incidence rates of GT99/181, GT97/228, and GT90/95 were less than 10% and were rated with grade B resistance. GT02/208, GT96/156, and ROC22 were all rated with grade C resistance, while GT21, GT02/237, and CP88/ 1762 were all rated with grade D resistance. Within the 6 different series, the RSD incidence rate of CP series averaged the lowest at 12%, therefore exhibiting the strongest resistance; the RSD incidence rate of Yuetang series averaged the highest at 28.57%, therefore exhibiting the weakest resistance. [Conclusion]The sugarcane varieties GT02/351, CP89/ 2134, ROC26, Yue 94/28, Funong 89/209, and Ya 96/45 displayed excellent resistance quality, thereby demonstrated widespread application values. Within all the sugarcane series, the CP series showed the strongest resistance and could be used as anti-RSD breeding material.%[目的]筛选抗甘蔗宿根矮化病(RSD)种质资源材料,为选育抗RSD甘蔗品种提供优良抗原.[方法]采用浸蔗种的方法对6个系列100份甘蔗品种进行侵染,用建立的RSD-PCR检测方法进行检测,计算各甘蔗品种RSD发病率,并对甘蔗种质资源进行抗性评价.[结果]100份甘蔗品种材料中,GT02/351、CP89/2134、ROC26、粤94/28、福农89/209、崖96/45等品种RSD发病率为0,表现为A级抗性;GT99/181、GT97/228、GT90/95等品种RSD发病率等于10%,表现为B级抗性;GT02/208、GT96/156、ROC22等品种表现为C级抗性;GT21、GT02/237、CP88/1762等品种表现为D级抗性.6个不同系列中,CP系列RSD平均发病率最低,为12.00%,抗性最强;粤糖系列RSD平均发病率最高,为28.57%,抗性较弱.[结论]GT02/351、CP89/2134、ROC26、粤94/28、福农89/209、崖96/45等甘蔗品种具有良好的抗性,具有推广应用价值;CP系列的抗性较强,可作为抗RSD的育种材料.
