基于知识图谱和语义网技术的企业信息集成方法

     

摘要

To improve the efficiency of integration and access of enterprise information,the knowl-edge graph based on ontology is applied to contextualize the heterogeneous information distributed in enterprises.With the help of industrial standards,the enterprise knowledge graph is constructed.The semantic data access approach based on ontology is used to access distributed heterogeneous informa-tion in a uniform manner.The effectiveness of the knowledge graph and semantic web technology is verified by a case study of the million point controlled project for a steel and iron enterprise.The re-sults show that the knowledge graph of operation and maintenance domain can provide the machine processable semantics for the distributed heterogeneous operation and maintenance information,and helps to tackle the difficulties of semantic interoperation of operation and maintenance information in-tegration.The uniform manner of information access simplifies the information search process and improves the efficiency of information access.As for a well-constructed knowledge graph,the recall and precision for engineering information search increase by 10% to 15% and the time engineering staff spent on information search decreases by 20% to 30%.%为了改进企业信息集成和获取的效率,利用基于本体的知识图谱对企业分散异构的信息进行上下文化。在相关领域工业标准的基础上,构建了企业知识图谱,利用基于本体的数据获取技术来统一获取分散异构的信息。对钢铁企业万点受控案例进行分析,结果表明,通过构建钢铁企业运营和维护领域的知识图谱,为分散在企业各处的异构的运营和维护信息提供了机器可处理的一致的描述形式,缓解了运营和维护信息集成过程中的语义互操作问题。以一致统一的方式获取分散异构的信息,简化了工程人员获取信息的流程,提高了工程人员获取信息的效率。实践表明,在良好构建的知识图谱的基础上,企业工程信息查询的查全率和查准率提高了10%~15%,工程人员的信息查找时间节约了20%~30%。
