全面深化改革情境下的中小企业协同创新模型

摘要

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing collaborative innova-tion models of SEMs,the paper takes into consideration the fundamental changes in the institutional environment which will be brought by “the comprehensive deepening reform where market plays a decisive role in resources allo-cation and government plays a more effective role”proposed in the Third Plenary Session of 18th Central Commit-tee.Then,the paper constructs the improved collaborative innovation model of SMEs under the new situation and, meanwhile,gives a comprehensive explanation of the mechanism of the model.This model can provide support to the development of theory and practice for collaborative innovation of SMEs under the situation of comprehensive deepening reform in China.%在综合分析现有中小企业协同创新模型优缺点的基础上，考虑到党的十八届三中全会提出“全面深化改革使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用”将带来制度环境的根本变化，构建了新形势下改进的中小企业协同创新模型，同时对模型的作用机理也进行了全面的阐释。该模型可为中国全面深化改革情境下中小企业协同创新理论与实践的发展提供支持。
