中小企业协同创新及模型分析

摘要

技术创新是影响中小企业生存与发展的重要因素,其时技术、资金和规模等各方面的的要求决定了协同创新才是中小企业技术创新的最好方式.通过系统分析目前主要的协同创新模型,提出了改进的中小企业协同创新模型.并采用"智猪博弈"模型,深入分析了政府行为对中小企业协同创新的影响,得出3个结论:①中小企业在进行协同创新时,不仅要注重企业间的协同,也要重视与其它主体闻的协同;②不能忽略政府行为对中小企业协同创新的影响;③政府行为中的政策法规支持比资金支持对中小企业协同创新的影响更大.%Technological innovation is an important factor to influence the existent and development of SMEs in China. Because of technology, funds, scale and so on, collaborative innovation is the best way for technological innovation of SMEs.The paper systematically analyzes the major way of SMES' collaborative innovation, and suggests the improved collaborative innovation model of SMIs. Then, after further analyzing the influence that government behavior to SMES' collaborative innovation, with "Pigs' Payoffs" model, it obtains three conclusions that enterprises must also pay attention to the collaborative innovation between SMEs and others, should not neglect government behavior's influence, tax preference and loan preference on government behavior are the most important factors that affect SMEs' collaborative innovation
