本文以中国石化领导干部模块化选学培训项目评估实践为例,对模块化选学培训项目的评估结果进行了定性和定量的分析,并根据评估结果提出了优化和改进建议。项目负责人发挥主导作用,坚守实践性指向是模块化选学培训项目的生命力之源;充分挖掘学员积极性,搭建沟通交流平台是模块化选学培训项目活力之本。%Evaluation results of training programs serve as the“barometer”for the programs’ continuous improvement;they provide valuable reference for the optimization of training faculty and content, and they also to a certain extent relfect the laws of adult learning and cognition as well as indicate the trend of future training development. The paper is based on the practice of evaluating the Elective Learning Modules for Leading Cadres Training Program, offering a discussion on the improvement of the program through the perspective of evaluation.
