掺铁硅溶胶的制备及其对真丝的整理

     

摘要

Colored silica sol is prepared by sol-gel method using tetraethoxysilane ( TEOS) as precursor, ethanol as solvent and hydrochloric acid as catalyst in which aqueous solutions of iron ion and ferrous iron are respectively doped, and used for functional finishing of silk. The morphology, structure and composition of sol and fabric are characterized through particle size analysis, X-ray diffraction ( XRD) , atomic force microscopy ( AFM) and X-ray energy spectrum (EDS). The result shows that iron-doped ion and ferrous ion can both produce stable and uniform nano silica sol and that silica sol of iron-doped ion has a smaller particle size and is more uniform. XRD research shows that metal ion has been coated in silica and AFM and EDS show that silica sol of coated iron ion and ferrous ion has been finished on silk fabrics. The silk finished by iron-doped silica sol has good antistatic property, conductivity, flame resistance and water repellency.%以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体、乙醇为溶剂、盐酸为催化剂,并向其中分别掺入铁离子和亚铁离子的水溶液,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了有色的硅溶胶,对真丝进行功能性整理.通过粒径分析、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线能谱(EDS)对溶胶和织物的形貌、结构、组成进行了表征.结果表明:掺铁离子和亚铁离子都可以制备出稳定、均匀的纳米硅溶胶,掺亚铁离子的硅溶胶粒径更小,分布更均匀;XRD研究表明金属离子已经被包覆在二氧化硅中;AFM和EDS研究表明包覆铁离子和亚铁离子的二氧化硅溶胶已被整理到真丝织物上.真丝经掺铁硅溶胶整理后具有较好的抗静电性、导电性、阻燃性及一定的拒水性能.
