西南地区少数民族工程移民的经济融合与社会融合

摘要

搬迁对少数民族工程移民的收入有负向影响，迁入地不同的经济产业结构与劳动力市场需求同样影响移民收入。通过解决少数民族移民的就近就业需求，提供便捷充分的公共教育资源，提高安置地居民对少数民族移民的接纳与包容性，可以促进民族文化的双向认同，增强移民的心理归属感，进而实现移民的经济融合与社会融合。%Displacement caused by engineering projects has negative effects on the income of minority people. The economic and industry structure and demands of the labor market also affect the income of the newly resettled. Therefore, meeting the local employment demands for the displaced minority population, providing convenient and sufficient public education for them, and increasing the tolerance of society will promote the mutual identification, enforce the sense of belonging and fulfill the economic and social integration for the resettled minority population.
