利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪建立一种方法, 可以有效检验颠茄中毒案件生物检材中莨菪碱.采用超声波提取法速度快的特点解决了莨菪碱在长时间光照条件下消旋变成阿托品造成莨菪碱回收率低的难题;探索一种对莨菪碱检验相适应的气相-质谱条件.得到在生物检材中莨菪碱4ug-200ug/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系, 最低检出限2ug/ml.通过空白添加后微波提取, 莨菪碱的回收率超过80%.经过实验验证该方法真实可靠, 且灵敏度高, 易于操作, 能用于颠茄中毒案件生物检材中莨菪碱的检验.%GC-MS method is effective in the determination of hyoscyamine in biological samples. The microwave extraction method with high-speed characteristics solves the difficulty that the recovery rate of hyoscyamine is low under the condition of long time and illumination of atropine, andattains a kind of GC-MS suitable for the test of hyoscyamine. There was a good linear relationship between the range of 4 ug-200 ug/ml and peak area in biological samples, and the lowest detection limit was 2 ug/ml. The results show that the method is reliable, sensitive and easy to operate, which can be used for the determination of hyoscyamine in biological samples.
