谈谈在职民警培训的针对性

摘要

公安机关民警培训历来强调针对性。针对性是指民警培训工作中，培训主体表现出来的主观趋向和行为指向，是民警培训资源配置状况的集中体现。加强民警培训的针对性，有利于推进培训工作的深入发展，有利于提升培训质量，有利于增强培训的实效性。积极探索针对性问题及其实现路径，对于推进民警培训工作有着积极现实的意义。%The police training has always stressed on the pertinence which means to the subjective tendency and behavior orientation. It is a concentrated reflection of the allocation of resources of the police training. So, to strengthen the pertinence is conducive to further developing, up-grading quality and enhanc-ing the practical effectiveness of training work. This paper actively explores the pertinence problems and the ways, and achieves positively practical significance for promoting the police training work.
