通过调研了解到电商行业中商务英语专业毕业生对应的岗位分布、人才需求以及企业的考核指标。对照研究,打破原有设计体系,从课程内容、能力训练项目设计以及课程考核三方面重构基于企业需求的客户服务课程设计,使教学更具实用性和职业性,更符合高等职业教育商务英语专业培养服务型实用人才的目标。%The design of customer service courses in higher vocational education exhibits distinct disciplinary features, but does not quite cater to practical demand. This paper analyzes the posts e-businesses have for bus-iness English graduate, their human resources demand and evaluation indexes before restructuring the course design of customer service from the perspectives of contents, skill development projects and evaluation. The new course design is more practical and professional in nature, better serving the educational objectives for business English students in vocational colleges.
