Fast food industry is an outcome of the fast-faced modern life.Compared with renowned international brands,Chinese fast food businesses are faced with a multitude of problems in production,management,market-ing,and delicacy management in particular.This paper analyzes the problems in this respect and proposes cor-responding measures to tackle these issues.%快餐业是现代社会发展的产物,体现着现代社会的快节奏. 然而相对于国际知名快餐,中式快餐业在生产、管理和营销等方面都面临着困境,尤其在精细化管理方面问题异常突出. 文章就中式快餐业精细化管理的问题进行分析,并提出相应对策.
