河西走廊地区高职学生膳食调查与营养分析

         

摘要

采用随机抽样法对在校学生进行抽样,应用24h膳食回顾调查法进行膳食调查。结果表明男、女生营养素来源多为植物性食物,总能量、维生素A、维生素C、钙及锌的摄入量低于推荐摄入量。部分大学生的膳食模式不合理,营养状况较差,应给予合理的膳食指导,以期达到均衡的膳食模式。%The objective of the survey is to investigate the status of dietary nutrients intake of the students in higher vocational colleges along the Hexi Corridor of China in the hope of locating the problems, proposing cor-responding suggestions, and providing further guidance for their diet. The survey was conducted by cluster sampling through the 24-hour dietary reviews. The findings suggest that their nutrients intake comes largely from plant-based foods, and that most of their nutrients intake does not reach the recommended amount in terms of total energy, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and zinc. A conclusion can be drawn that suggestions on balanced diet should be given to the students.
