基于熵权-模糊层次分析法的军事供应链绩效评价

摘要

Aimed at the present situation of military supply chain performance evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation indexes and subjective two problems of traditional ahp evaluation,based on five dimensions and the balanced scorecard method,we establishes the evaluation index system.Combining the entropy weight method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (ahp) on the solution of the weight calculation method,it has the comprehensive evaluation index system.After the weight calculation combined with the subjective and objective conditions,it has a more realistic situation,but also it can reflect the characteristics of the testee' s will.The practical scheme evaluation examples verify the effectiveness of the entropy weight and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (abp).%针对目前军事供应链绩效评价中存在的评价指标不够全面和传统层次分析法评价过于主观的不足,提出了基于五维平衡计分卡方法建立评价指标体系,并将熵权法与模糊层次分析法结合起来权重计算.该方法评价指标体系全面、权重计算结合主客观情况,更加切合实际,能反映评价者意愿,实际方案评价算例验证了熵权-模糊层次分析法的有效性.
