摘要

PURPOSE: A method for extracting significance parameters for a differential diagnosis based on entropy rough approximation technology and an integration clinical decision supporting system using the same are provided to apply raw data of a collected clinical test result without a preconditioning process which would be capable of raising a distortion problem or a reliability problem in the data. CONSTITUTION: Clinical references are calculated from two different data groups by using entropy maximization measurement(S100). Candidate test items are extracted by evaluating a clinical difference between the two different data groups(S200). Attribute values of the test items are converted into nominal attribute values(S300). A significance parameter for a differential diagnosis is extracted among the extracted candidate test items(S400).
