峨眉雪胆微丸对断奶仔猪生产性能及腹泻的影响

摘要

【目的】探究峨眉雪胆微丸对早期断奶仔猪生产性能及腹泻的影响。【方法】选用初始体重平均为7．86 kg 的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪96头，随机分为 A、B、C、D 组，每组3个重复，每个重复8头，分别在基础日粮中添加0．08％硫酸粘杆菌素、0．008％穿心莲提取物以及0．025％、0．05％比例添加峨眉雪胆微丸进行21 d 饲养试验，以采食量、日增重、腹泻率等为考察指标，研究添加峨眉雪胆微丸对断奶仔猪生产性能和腹泻的影响。【结果】结果表明，①与添加硫酸黏菌杆素对照组相比，0．025％添加组仔猪的末重、平均日增重变化不明显（P ＞0．05），料重比显著降低（P ＜0．05），0．05％添加组仔猪的末重有所提高，平均日增重有所调高，料重比有所提高但差异均不显著（P ＞0．05）。②0．025％添加组仔猪的腹泻频率、腹泻指数与硫酸黏菌杆素组差异不显著（P ＞0．05）。【结论】饲粮中添加0．025％的峨眉雪胆微丸在改善断奶仔猪生产性能方面与穿心莲及硫酸黏菌杆素组相当，并具有抗腹泻效果。%Objective]To study the effect of Emei hemsleya pellets additives on growth perform-ance and diarrhea parameter of weaning piglets.[Method]Four groups divided from 96 weaning Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred piglets with 7.86 kg (mean initial body weight)were fed by basic ration with different dosage of Emei hemsleya pellets additive for 21 days to study the effects of basic ration with Emei hemsleya pellets additive on growth performance and diarrhea pa-rameter of weaning piglets for selecting the optimum Emei hemsleya pellets combination and addi-tion dosage.[Results]The results showed that 250 g/1 000 kg Emei hemsleya pellets additive could increase the final weight and mean daily gain and reduce feed meat ratio significantly,500 g/1 000 kg Emei hemsleya pellets additive could increase the final weight,feed meat ratio and reduce mean daily gain but the difference was not significant.250 g/1 000 kg Emei hemsleya pellets addi-tive could reduce the diarrhea frequency significantly and the diarrhea index significantly compared with antibiotics,which indicates that adding appropriate amount of Emei hemsleya pellets can im-prove growth performance and anti-diarrhea effect of weaning piglets.[Conclusion]Adding 250 g/1 000 kg Emei hemsleya pellets in basic ration can obtain the best growth performance and ant-diarrhea effect of weaning piglets.
