中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生产性能及腹泻的影响

摘要

为筛选出对仔猪早期断奶具有减缓应激效用的中草药组方及最佳添加剂量,选用21日龄断奶、初始体重平均为5.86 kg的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪144头,进行了为期21 d在基础日粮中添加复方中草药添加剂的饲养试验,研究在玉米-豆粕-膨化大豆型基础日粮中添加中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生产性能和腹泻的影响.结果表明,与对照组(不添加复方中草药添加剂)相比,1%中草药添加剂组仔猪的末重、平均日增重极显著提高,料重比极显著降低;1.5%中草药添加剂组仔猪的平均日增重显著提高;1%中草药添加剂组和1.5%中草药添加剂组仔猪的腹泻率、腹泻频率和腹泻指数均极显著降低;0.5%中草药添加剂组仔猪的腹泻频率极显著降低、腹泻指数显著降低.说明,饲粮中添加适量的该中草药添加剂可改善断奶仔猪生长性能,并有抗腹泻效果,其中以1%中草药添加剂组的效果最好.%Four groups divided from 144 weaning Duroc Landrace Yorkshire piglets with 5. 86 kg (mean initial body weight) were fed by basic ration with different dosage of Chinese herbal medicine additive for 21 d to study the effects of basic ration (corn + bean pulp + puffed soybean) with Chinese herbal medicine additive on growth performance and diarrhea parameter of weaning piglets for selecting the optimum Chinese herbal medicine combination and addition dosage. The results showed that 1.0％ Chinese herbal medicine additive could increase the final weight and mean daily gain and reduce feed-meat ratio very significantly, 1. 5％ Chinese herbal medicine additive could increase the mean daily gain significantly,1.0％ Chinese herbal medicine additive and 1. 5％ Chinese herbal medicine additive could reduce the diarrhea rate, diarrhea frequency and diarrhea index very significantly, 0. 5％ Chinese herbal medicine additive could reduce the diarrhea frequency very significantly and the diarrhea index significantly compared with CK, which indicates that adding appropriate amount of Chinese herbal medicine can improve growth performance and anti-diarrhea effect of weaning piglets. Adding 1 ％ Chinese herbal medicine in basic ration can obtain the best growth performance and anti-diarrhea effect of weaning piglets.
