“企中校”实习实训基地建设中的问题、原因及对策

摘要

“企中校”实习实训基地建设是深化校企合作、提高人才培养质量的重要举措。本文总结了“企中校”建设在合作环境、合作情况、管理状态和实施效果方面存在的问题，从政府、行企、学校和学生四个方面分析了问题产生的原因，并研究了解决问题的对策。%The construction of ‘college in company ’ practice bases is important in deepening cooperation between college and company and in improving the quality of personnel training. This paper summarized the problems existing in the construction from cooperation environment, cooperation status, cooperation effect and management status, analyzed the reasons from government, en⁃terprises, schools and students, and researched countermeasures to solve the problems.
