基于流固耦合相互作用的复合材料螺旋桨性能研究

         

摘要

Investigations of the characteristic of FSI should be carried out to explore clues to design composite propellers, which can further improve propeller performances. A two dimensional hydroelastic foil model of propeller was firstly analyzed and then the FSI characteristic of composite propellers with different geometries of blade was comparatively studied by calculation. The effect of deformation of composite propellers in multiple conditions on hydrodynamic performance was investigated and the performance of vibration of composite propellers under different inflows was also explored in comparison with rigid counterparts. Some valuable conclusions are obtained, which are the basis of design and application of composite propellers.%开展复合材料螺旋桨流固耦合相互作用分析,为复合材料螺旋桨设计提供思路,有利于进一步提高螺旋桨的性能.文章进行了螺旋桨二维弹性剖面静力学分析,进而对不同几何复合材料桨叶的流固耦合作用特性做了数值计算比较研究,在此基础上,通过与对应的刚性螺旋桨的比较计算分析,研究了在多工况下的复合材料螺旋桨水动力性能影响,探索了在来流变化过程中复合材料螺旋桨的振动性能.文中研究得出了一些有意义的结论,为复合材料螺旋桨设计及应用奠定了基础.
