潜水器管道泄漏声发射源定位方法研究

             

摘要

潜水器管道泄漏产生的声发射信号是连续型信号,不同于突发型信号,连续型信号难以定位。为了解决上述问题,文章对管道泄漏声发射信号进行了详细研究,提出了基于弹性波衰减特性的RMS定位理论,从理论上导出了该方法的定位计算公式。针对潜水器管道泄漏现象进行了实验验证,结果表明该方法不仅可以实时定位而且具有较高的定位精度,为声发射技术应用于潜水器管道泄漏源检测提供了理论依据和技术支持。%Acoustic emission signal generated by the submersible pipeline leak is a continuous sig-nal. Different from the burst-type signal, a continuous signal is difficult to locate. In order to solve the above problems, a detailed study on the pipeline leak acoustic emission signals is carried out. The RMS (root mean square) positioning theory based on elastic wave attenuation characteristics was pro-posed. The positioning calculation formula was derived from the RMS positioning theory. For sub-mersible pipeline leakage phenomenon, the RMS positioning method was validated by experiment. The results show that the method can not only apply real-time position, but also has high positioning accuracy. This study provides theoretical basis and technical support for acoustic emission technique applied to submersible pipeline leak source detection.
