以石家庄职业技术学院机电工程系与石家庄东昌机械制造有限公司通过"校中厂"形式开展的校企合作项目为背景,对数控专业在"校中厂"进行生产性实训的育人模式进行了研究.在"校中厂"合作模式中存在的关键问题是双方利益不对等.只有找出双方利益的平衡点,建立具体有效的合作机制,才能充分调动双方的积极性,发挥校企合作在育人过程中的积极作用.%This article attempts to discuss a case study in the Mechanical and Electrical Department, Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute that joins Shijiazhuang Dongchang Machinery Manufacturing Company in the school-business cooperation. This provides with the chance for both parties to handle their interests,and find solutions to the effective and win-win cooperative mechanism.
